Hotbuy day 11

Hotbuys calendar days 9 and 10

There was a sofa released today and yesterday a pair of earrings. The sofa is the most expensive item so far at 16 stardollars! It is nice, but I am not sure why it is so expensive. The earrings are only 8 stardollars and come from Glamorous . You can go to the Hotbuys calendar here. The earrings are quite pretty, but I don't know who they are inspired by, sorry.

Hotbuys Calendar

I will not be staying on stardoll for much longer as I really have so much to do and stardoll just isn't the same for me anymore, I know that doesn't excuse me for the lack of posts, but I am trying to come on when I can.

There are three Hotbuys that haven't been posted about yet. There is the Cat hat at 6 stardollars and from Evil Panda.  The fish bowl and the dog interior decoration, that you can find in starplaza by searching or by visiting the Hotbuys calendar here. The fish bowl and the dog item cost 8 stardollars. The prices are still very good and low. My favourite of the three items is the Cat hat. It is cute and fun, it is in pink again though which I know alot of you would rather have in different colour.

The cat hat is inspired by one by Maison Michel and comes in a few colours but stardoll changed it to add more detail. I like what stardoll did with it, more than the original. 

The fish bowl is inspired by one by Gaia and Gino and looks pretty much the same.

New Hotbuys for December

I was a bit puzzled over the Hotbuys for this month, there was after all only 8 shown and many more days to December, but stardoll have now released pictures showing the rest of the Hotbuys for the Month. I love a few items, am not so keen on some items, but I think that as there are so many it should give you a chance to find something you really, really like.

Hot buy for day 5

Today the black fur shrug was released on the Hot Buys Calendar, it is very cute and very in style for this season, it costs only 6 stardollars. You can find it in Fallen Angel or click here to be taken to the calendar to buy it. It is a rather nice shape and that price is amazing

Hot buy day 4 and Christmas Calendar

Today there was an LCD TV released as the Hot Buy, it is more expensive than the previous three Hot buys, but I was wondering if maybe it changed image or something? It costs 12 stardollars and you can find it in the new section of starplaza or  by going to the calendar by clicking here.

The Christmas item for today is a Bonfire. Fires are quite popular items on stardoll as you can buy fireplaces but few of them actually have fires in them. It costs just 56 starcoins and if you would like to be taken to the Christmas calendar click here.

Hot buys Calendar days 2 and 3

I missed posting on yesterdays Hotbuy, so I have added it in here. The first item is the Hot Hot buys Lantern, it is really stylish and reminds me of LE furniture but it is only 8 stardollars. The Hot Hot buy for the 3rd of December is a quirky air of shoes. The heel is curved creating an unusual but quite likable style. They cost only 6 stardollars and to be taken to the calendar click here.

The real version of the Shoes are by Miu Miu. The shape of shoe comes in a few styles, with bows, glitter, patent and different colours, but these are the pairs that look most like it.

Hotbuys for December and calendar

This Months Hotbuys are a little different. They are being given away in a calendar! Everyday we will get a new Hotbuy and so fair the price has been only 6 stardollars! There is also a mix of interior and clothing items.(click on all images to enlarge)

I love this idea, it adds more fun to the Christmas spirit and means that they are more affordable.

Hotbuys Skirt

The first December Hotbuy is here. It is a black and white skirt, that is only 6 stardollars! You can find it at the Hotbuys Calendar now, which is on the cover page of Stardoll or it is also available in Bonjour Bisou. I love the shape and style, the price is amazing value and so this has to be one of my favourite HBs this year.

The real version is By David Koma and is the same style, but longer.  It was one of Elles top buys and editors pick and costs a shocking 1,390 pounds.

Hotbuys cheetah print hats

Two hotbuys! Stardoll are beginning to spoil us with two versions of Hotbuys and I can't complain, it means there is more chance of there being a print you like, than if there was only one. In this case I prefer the grey version, but there is a more traditional print for any fans of real animal print. They are available from Rio and cost only 9sds each. You may have to be careful what hair you wear with them as they can slope over the edges.

The real version is another inspiration from Topshop. It is identical to the real cheetah print hat. I am not a big fan of any thing with an animal print that is meant to look like real fur, however at least it wasn't real.

Which do you like more? Would you rather two or one choice of hotbuy?

Hotbuys suspender Tee

This top is available from now from the stardoll shop for 15 stardollars. Maybe a bit expensive just for a t-shirt, but not completely unreasonable for a hotbuy. It is a variation in style to many of the other Hbs on stardoll, although not to my taste; I am sure it will make a some people very happy.

The real version is by Dannijo and is a little bit different. The shape of the shirt is different and I think in this case I like the stardoll version better.

Hotbuys striped dress

This dress is really cute and fun, you can buy it from Bonjour Bisou for just 17 stardollars. The colours are nice, although so many hotbuys are pink already. I have to agree with the commenters that some other colours would be nice. It has a nice shape and the length is not to long or short.

The real version is by Betsey Johnson and it comes in many, many, different colours, but this is the one I could find that was most like the stardoll version.

New Hotbuys heeled boots

Another Hotbuy for November is out and any day soon we may get to see December's Hotbuys revealed. They are extremely well shaded and look very realistic, I think they used the source picture very well. The shape is okay, I am not big on the turned up toes but they do have an edgy or rocker style of that is your thing. They cost 12sd  and are from Fallen Angel .

The real version is by Topshop and thankfully the boots are in just the right position for stardoll to go over. They look really nice and stardoll have stayed true to the original design.

Hotbuys Leopard print vest

This vest is available from Rio for 15 sds. I rather like it, but it can look a bit shapeless on the medoll. It would need to be carefully accessorized so it doesn't go over the top. The prices, overall this month, have been really good on Hotbuys. Maybe we can expect some new LE haha.

Thanks to Hotbuys Addicted, the vest has the same shape as this one from H&M and the leopard pattern is very big right now, so stardoll may have taken the idea from there. If you think you know a version which looks more like the hotbuy please do leave a link in comments.
